Meet the Coach
A Lifelong Passion for the Game
Born and raised on Long Island—the historic heartbed of American lacrosse—I grew up in a household where the sport wasn't just a hobby; it was a family tradition. From the moment I first picked up a stick, I fell in love with the speed, the strategy, and the grit of the game. That lifelong passion took me all the way to college, where I competed at the next level playing for three years at Daniel Webster College in Nashua, NH.
A Proven Track Record of Developing Talent
With years of competitive playing experience under my belt, my focus shifted to giving back to the game through coaching. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with athletes at every major milestone of their development, giving me a unique understanding of how to fast-track a player's growth:
Youth Boys Development: Coached 14U Boys lacrosse in New London, NH, mastering the art of bridging the gap between basic youth fundamentals and high-intensity middle school competitive play.
Elite High School Level: Served as the Head Varsity Boys Coach in Claremont, NH, preparing athletes for high-stakes high school competition and college-ready recruitment standards.
Youth Girls Mechanics & IQ: Transitioned into the fast-growing girls' game, coaching 10U Girls in New London, NH, and currently coaching the 10U Girls team right here in Goffstown, NH.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe that elite lacrosse players aren’t born on game days—they are built through high-repetition, detail-oriented training sessions. Having coached both boys and girls across widely different age brackets and competitive tiers, I know that no two athletes learn the exact same way.
Whether your player is a 10U athlete just learning the basics of cradle-and-catch, or a high school player looking to refine their shooting mechanics and lacrosse IQ for the varsity squad, my goal is simple: to build their technical skill, unleash their athletic confidence, and pass down the deep love for the game that I grew up with.
