What Each 60-Minute Session Includes:
Fast-Paced Stickwork & Creative Passing: Moving past static wall-ball. We focus on passing on the run, deceptive handling, and cleaning up ground balls in tight spaces.
Situational Game Play: 2v1s, 3v2s, and tight-space micro-drills. Players learn how to handle defensive slides, find the open man, and cut with timing.
Position-Specific Reps: Attackmen and Midfielders work on dodging from the X or the wing, while Defensive players practice footwork, stick positioning, and communication.
Competitive Conditioning: High-repetition drills designed to build lacrosse endurance, explosive footwork, and fast-break decision-making.
-
Customized Player Assessment: We start by analyzing your current skill level, athletic strengths, and areas of growth to build a training plan tailored specifically to your goals.
Micro-Mechanical Breakdown: We look at the details that team coaches miss—your hand placement on a shot, the exact angle of your dodge, your footwork on an approach, or your stick positioning on a check.
Maximum Repetitions: No standing in lines. You will get hundreds of touches, passes, and shots per session, maximizing your muscle memory in a short window of time.
The Mental Game & Lax IQ: Learn how to read defenses, understand goalie positioning, or anticipate an attacker’s next move. We teach you how to think the game, not just play it.
